Danny was already producing music in Corona when the collaboration was made. Danny was already a bassist and the music is based mostly of the old school funk sound and has also been influenced by various artists like DJ Shadow, DJ Shadow, DJ Czar. After the collaboration, he moved to Los Angeles.
In 1999 he formed a group called The Bangerz. It's interesting because it's a lot harder than he imagined it would be. He's now living in Los Angeles, he is an accomplished jazz musician and a jazz producer. He has his own studio in Los Angeles. He's also got a good band playing. We have a few other producers in the band.
The Bangerz is a mix of funk and electro and it is really hard to do that in Corona so we did it. We recorded our first album on a Roland Juno 2000 with some of the old style of electronic music. We recorded on a Sony Walkman.
After a while, our name was released and we had a record deal.In 2001 we put out a remix of "Crazy Like Me" and it got big. We were invited to go into a big house party for the first time and we had to bring the equipment there and play the songs.
We ended up playing "The Big House" at this party. In Los Angeles we played at the House Party in L.A. The next time we were in Corona we got invited to play an intimate dinner with friends and we were invited to have a drink at the bar.
They invited us to the Big House in Los Angeles and we played. We played for about ten minutes there and then decided to head to some more places in L.A.
The party went really well and everyone got there. It was fun. We were really nervous to get into that big room again because everybody knew that we are not in that kind of music.
There are several clubs in Corona that have a vibe and best remixes from Peggy Gou. If you love this kind of live music or maybe you are secret fan of tecno brega !! This place should not be missed. The music was on full force, the dance floor was crazy and you can actually see the talent of these dance musicians This was a small group at first, but then it grew as everybody was dancing to the music. I asked the DJ if this was really “their party
NO he said, I just make the party, everybody loves the music!!! Peggy Gou Peggy Gou is the lead singer on the live-show, she was wearing black and white dress, like a cat walk.
She sang every song with a smile, she came up with the stage lights and they had a disco ball which she turned on She even had a couple of songs off her album in the live-show, I love it!!! Peggy Gou You have got to love the way she carries herself, she has class. She is an amazing performer, I would love to watch her in Paris too.
The show was very good, she made a lot of eye-contact with the audience, and I could feel that they were having a good time and that is very important!!!
There were several stars in the show; the lead singer, the choreographer of the show the pianist for Peggy Gou, the lead singer of the opening act. The lead singer was amazing, he was playing guitar and singing and he had all these female dancers with a lot of make-up on, and they all were dancing on the stage.
He also had a few shirtless dancers dancing on stage. Peggy Gou I would like to go to Paris to see her next time I am over there, I would definitely like to watch her next live-show in the studio.
