The old Village Hotel Swansea is a unique place for many reasons, the best example of which is that it's located in the middle of the town, in such an area that's surrounded by parks and trees that have been planted with many native plants in a way that can still be seen today.
The Village Hotel Swansea is a good reminder of Swansea and an ideal place that offers great views to the city, the river and the countryside, the city skyline as well as a unique shopping district. But the main reason that you should come here on your own is because the music can be really inspiring and really helps you to relax, to enjoy life and to feel like you are part of the creative process, to be inspired by music. The first time that I heard jazz at The Bristol Music Club was when I was a kid.
The room that I was in was filled with a wide variety of music, including funk, soul music, R&B, jazz etc… I could play piano and listen to music, but then I would try to listen and I'd hear all kinds of voices around me saying things like "Yo, jazz… what's up?". I'd be surprised by how often it was that my parents told me they were playing classical music when they were out listening to jazz. I think the reason why it's very popular is because the music is accessible, there is a really great range of styles to find out what music is really like, what is really popular and what is not.
